Boulder real estate social media site expands into California

A social media platform for real estate brokers launched by a Boulder entrepreneur has expanded into California. Lane Hornung, founder of 8z Real Estate, created zavvie earlier this year as a way for brokers to market themselves as experts in a given neighborhood directly to home owners in that area.
