Real estate in brief: Giron Kirby takes space at 5433 Westheimer

Giron Kirby Law Group has leased 3,325 square feet at 5433 Westheimer. Doug Pack and Sam Hansen of Avison Young represented the landlord, Quasar Galleria. The 65-month lease starts in June. Gateway Gathering & Marketing Co. has leased 4,000 square feet of office space at 16225 Park Ten Place. Lewis Faraclas with Hellenic Brothers Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant. Evelyn Ward with Transwestern represented the landlord, Accesso Partners. GBP Industrial has purchased the 93,000-square-foot building at 7207 Gessner occupied by LabCorp from Goldrich & Kest. JLL's Dustin Volz, Kevin McConn, Rick Goings, Zane Marcell and Grant Matthews handled the sale. Combs Gas, represented by Cushman & Wakefield's Courtney Walker and Joe Rambin, has leased 5,991 square feet at 2777 Allen Parkway. Copeland & Rice, represented by Steve Beigel with Savills Studley, has leased 5,462 square feet at 2777 Allen Parkway. Kristen Rabel and Elliott Hirshfield with CBRE represented the landlord, American General Life Insurance Co., in both deals.
