Continental Properties Debuts Louisana Apartments

Continental Properties has completed the Springs at Country Club, a newly developed apartment community in Lake Charles, La. Doster Construction Co. finished building the 252-unit property on behalf of the developer. The two companies are currently partnering on four other communities, including the Springs at Hamburg, a 312-unit apartment community in Lexington, Ky. Located at 2130 Country Club Road, the two-story community offers studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans ranging from 550 to 1,434 square feet.
