Waypoint Expands Senior Housing Portfolio

Waypoint Residential has acquired The Claiborne at Adelaide, a senior living community in Starkville, Miss. This purchase marks the firms second senior housing investment by Waypoint. Located at 74 Claiborne Way, the 82-unit community offers studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans ranging from 336 to 1,670 square feet for independent and assisted living, as well as memory care units. Residents have access to amenities including on-site physical therapy, a salon and a shuttle service to offsite activities and appointments.
