Property sales unchanged in Canada in June 2019

Residential property sales were little changed in June 2019 from the previous month, up just 0.2%, while the number of newly listed home rose by 0.8%, the latest agency figures show. Nationally prices fell by 0.3% year on year in June 2019. For the second month in a row, all benchmark property categories tracked by the index posted annual declines, according to the figures from the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA).
