Marcus Corp. eyes theater, 20-story building on river in Park East

The Marcus Corp. is working on plans for a mixed-use development in Milwaukee’s Park East corridor that could include a movie theater, office space and housing. Those concepts are laid out in plans listed on Baltimore architecture firm InPlace Design’s website for the Marcus-owned property north of East Knapp Street along the Milwaukee River.
