Woodstock Development ("Woodstock"), a full service commercial real estate investment and development firm specializing in premier office and life science properties in the San Francisco Bay Area, today announced that it has acquired the remaining ownership stake in One Bay Plaza, a 9-story Class-A office building located on the Bayshore waterfront in Burlingame.
