Lone Wolf Technologies | August 26, 2021

Lone Wolf Technologies is thrilled to announce it has acquired Propertybase. The acquisition rounds out Lone Wolf's unrivaled end-to-end technology with websites, lead generation tools, and enterprise-class CRM, enabling the company to deliver real estate's only complete technology platform for both agents and brokers.

"Lone Wolf and Propertybase have been on parallel tracks for years. We thought it was time our paths crossed," said Jimmy Kelly, CEO and President of Lone Wolf. "Propertybase is known for its incredible CRM and real estate websites, while Lone Wolf has long led the industry in transaction and back-office management. Our customers want—and need—these essential solutions to work together, so they can run their entire business in one place. This acquisition brings these leading products together and puts our combined team in position to deliver the ultimate unified technology platform for the real estate world."

Propertybase is the leading global provider of real estate websites, CRM, and lead generation software, serving 4,500 businesses and 250,000 users in over 80 countries. The company's flagship solutions include BoldLeads, a lead generation tool and service for agents and teams; Propertybase GO, a CRM and website solution for brokerages and teams; Propertybase Salesforce Edition, an enterprise-class real estate CRM solution built on Salesforce and available worldwide; and Unify, CRM software for mortgage professionals. "Joining forces with Lone Wolf is an exciting milestone for Propertybase and its customers," said Vance Loiselle, CEO of Propertybase. "Combining the power of Propertybase's innovative website, CRM, and marketing solutions with the unequaled capabilities of Lone Wolf's offerings will further allow real estate professionals to thrive using technology in a rapidly evolving industry."

Lone Wolf has acquired five top technology companies in the past nine months: W+R Studios, LionDesk, HomeSpotter, Terradatum, and Propertybase. With these additions, Lone Wolf's expanded end-to-end technology now includes solutions for marketing, CRM, CMA, transaction management, eSignature, brokerage operations, insights and analytics, talent management, as well as ancillary tools and services.

The company's focus is to now create an intuitive flow of data and identity across these solutions and connect several critical real estate processes for agents and brokers. Lone Wolf is also expanding its investment in artificial intelligence (AI) and machine-learning to produce unparalleled time-savings, transparency, and insights throughout each of these processes. The result will be a unified platform that empowers agents and brokers in a digital era, one that provides consumers with a modern real estate experience that can only come from a professional.

"We want to simplify real estate but not in a way that takes people out of the business," said Chris Egan, Chief Strategy Officer of Lone Wolf. "Our goal is to bring the time-honored tenets of the real estate world into the present with a modern, innovative, and connected technology platform that makes it simpler for people—and the professionals who help them to buy and sell homes.

Voxtur Signs Exclusive Platform Agreement with The Mortgage Collaborative

Globenewswire | May 19, 2023

Voxtur Analytics Corp. (TSXV: VXTR; OTCQB: VXTRF) ("Voxtur" or the "Company"), a North American technology company creating a more transparent and accessible real estate lending ecosystem, is pleased to announce the signing of an exclusive platform agreement with The Mortgage Collaborative (“TMC”), America’s largest independent cooperative network for the mortgage industry that includes both community banks and non-bank lenders. Voxtur will make available to over 250 TMC members its complete digital ecosystem to support the mortgage lifecycle. More specifically, Voxtur’s mortgage asset trading platform, Blue Water, will deliver a software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution to facilitate the purchase and sale of mortgage assets, including first mortgage agency whole loans, mortgage servicing rights, second liens, and non-QM mortgages. The Blue Water platform facilitates pricing, trading, reviewing, transferring, and funding of mortgage assets and portfolios in the secondary market. “This is a tremendous opportunity for Voxtur, TMC, and its members,” said Gary Yeoman, CEO of Voxtur. “Our mortgage asset trading platform is built to deliver high volume trading and create efficient liquidity. We have successfully deployed similar platforms and I am confident that TMC and its members will realize value.” As the market recovers, lenders need increased revenue and liquidity. For mid to small sized lenders with small servicing portfolios, operational friction and high costs result in reduced investor demand and opportunities. Further, smaller portfolios command lower proceeds which naturally disadvantages many originators and prohibits optimum liquidity. TMC can now provide its members with the most sophisticated, efficient, and unique platform for trading asset portfolios of any size. Blue Water’s all-digital trading solution verifies critical loan data, conducts a high-level review of underwriting and investor eligibility, and offers real-time exception remediation management to minimize underwriting risk and avoid costly rep and warrant claims. Blue Water’s data transfer application does not use sampling, but instead verifies every loan file, and does so at an attractive price point. “This is a compelling use case for our members, and I expect that we will see meaningful adoption," said David Kittle, Chairman of TMC. "These have been difficult times for so many of our members and this type of platform will provide tremendous value to support them in driving revenue and solving for liquidity needs at scale.” The Blue Water-TMC platform is expected to go live within the next few weeks with a soft-launch at the Mortgage Bankers Association Secondary and Capital Markets Conference and Expo in New York early next week. About The Mortgage Collaborative Based in San Diego, California, the Mortgage Collaborative was founded in 2013 to empower mortgage lenders across the country with better financial execution, reduced costs, enhanced expertise and improved compliance, as well as helping members access the dynamic and changing consumer base in America. The cooperative is managed by its founding members, John Robbins, CMB; David Kittle, CMB; Gary Acosta, CEO of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP); and Jim Park, former chair of the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA). Robbins and Kittle are former chairmen of the Mortgage Bankers Association of America. About Voxtur Voxtur is a transformational real estate technology company that is redefining industry standards in a dynamic lending environment. The Company offers targeted data analytics to simplify tax solutions, property valuation and settlement services throughout the lending lifecycle for investors, lenders, government agencies and servicers. Zillow builds ChatGPT plugin for real estate searches

PRnewswire | May 04, 2023

Zillow announced today the launch of the Zillow ChatGPT plugin, which gives users a new way to discover real estate listings. Users who enable the plugin can use conversational language to ask about specific property listings or share the types of for-sale and rental homes they are interested in, including location, price range, and bedroom and bathroom count. The Zillow plugin then retrieves relevant information from Zillow's extensive database of real estate listings. The plugin will be accessible to a select number of ChatGPT users today, with broader access anticipated in the future. "Generative AI is changing the way people search for information. At Zillow, we've been embracing AI and machine learning starting with the Zestimate® in 2006, and later introducing personalized recommendations and natural language search – which means we're well-equipped to help customers search and find homes in this new way," said David Beitel, chief technology officer at Zillow Group. "As the first major residential real estate marketplace to bring advanced, AI-powered search to the home-shopping experience, we understand its immense potential, and we look forward to developing more tech innovations with OpenAI technology in the future." Zillow is building a housing super app that offers customers a seamless, connected experience across all their real estate needs: buying, selling, financing and renting. It launched natural language search queries on its apps and sites in January, and this ChatGPT plugin is the latest example of how Zillow is using technology to make it easier for customers to find and get into their next home. AI capabilities show up throughout Zillow's products and services, most recently in advancements in the neural Zestimate, computer-vision-powered rich media experiences and AI-generated immersive floor plans. The Zillow ChatGPT plugin is currently in its alpha phase, providing an opportunity for Zillow to refine and enhance the experience based on user interactions. OpenAI, the maker of ChatGPT, has implemented safeguards to minimize inaccuracies and prevent inappropriate responses, but users should keep in mind that at times the experience might not work exactly as expected. About Zillow Group Zillow Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: Z and ZG) is reimagining real estate to make home a reality for more and more people.
