Palm Beach home shoppers this weekend will find more than 140 single-family properties and nearly 300 condominiums and co-ops for sale in the local multiple listing service. Thanksgiving weekend typically is a busy one for house-hunters who are spending the holiday and escaping harsh winter elsewhere in Palm Beach. On the condominium and co-operative scene, those shopping this weekend will find 119 units for sale in Midtown and on the near North End, with another 171 on Condo Row in the South End, according to a search of the Palm Beach Board of Realtors Multiple Listing Service.

TPG Real Estate and Taurus Announce ESG-Centric Joint Venture for Development Within Avian Pointe
