Windermere Real Estate Market Trends for June 2016

The Windermere Real Estate Market Trends Report shows the average sales price was $477,939 in June 2016 compared to $656,267 in June 2015. Homes were on the market for an average of 76 days compared to 95 last year. Homes sold for 96% of the list price.
