Memorial office building hits market
Philadelphia-based Equus Capital Partners has invested more than $4.3 million in renovations at 10497 Town & Country Way. Philadelphia-based Equus Capital Partners is putting a nine-story office building in the affluent Memorial area up for sale. JLL has been hired to market the 149,309-square-foot building at 10497 Town & Country Way for Equus, which has spent more than $4.3 million on renovations during its nearly three years of ownership.
