Northeast Ohio's office, industrial real estate markets grew in 2018

In 2018, real estate owners and developers added substantial volumes of industrial and office space, yet users of such space expanded so much that vacancy climbed little in both segments. While the region has been derided for years for lacking real commercial property growth, with new development amounting to just shifting deck chairs on a ship, that was certainly not the case last year.
