2021 was another challenging year for our state and nation. The coronavirus pandemic was ongoing, our industry experienced an increasing shortage of building materials and costs continued to climb, and the construction workforce shortage all contributed to uncertainty in the markets and industry. Dr. Gaines, one of the nation’s most respected housing economists, will bring us his housing forecast for 2022.
