Zoom_at_Noon
2021 was another challenging year for our state and nation. The coronavirus pandemic was ongoing, our industry experienced an increasing shortage of building materials and costs continued to climb, and the construction workforce shortage all contributed to uncertainty in the markets and industry. Dr. Gaines, one of the nation’s most respected housing economists, will bring us his housing forecast for 2022.

Spotlight

It’s no secret that in order to successfully grow a business, it is vital to build, cultivate and maintain a real estate team. A real estate investor is required to wear many hats; that of a salesman, an interior designer, a legal expert, a leader, and more. Because of this, it can be overwhelming to handle an ever-growing business as a “one-man shows.” Eventually, your business will gain traction and you will begin to generate more dependable leads on a consistent basis. While this is obviously fantastic for your business bottom line – and the goal of every investor – things can go awry if that influx of leads is not managed properly.
