Brooklyn’s luxury market saw 14 contracts signed last week

There were 14 contracts signed in Brooklyn’s luxury market last week for a total of about $44 million. The properties were split between seven townhouses and seven condominiums, and they went for an average price of roughly $3.1 million, according to the latest report from Stribling & Associates. The firm defines the borough’s luxury market as all homes priced at $2 million or higher.
