Dallas developer lands in Venus with new residential projects

A Dallas development company that's been making big land buys west of Fort Worth is eyeing more projects southwest of Dallas. JMJ Development has purchased multiple tracts of land near U.S. Highway 67 in the town of Venus. The area between Midlothian and Alvarado is seeing more growth because of its location south of both Dallas and Fort Worth.
