ERC Cos. Breaks Ground on MO Luxury Apartments

ERC Companies has broken ground on the PURE St. Peters Apartments, a 143-unit luxury apartment community in St. Peters, Mo. “ERC is known for providing cost-effective housing options with a sense of place,” Justin VanLandschoot, ERC’s chief investment officer, told MHN. Located at 100 Pure St., the PURE St. Peters Apartments will offer both one- and two-bedroom units, all with granite countertops, subway tile backsplashes, plank flooring and a washer/dryer. It will also offer corporate housing opportunities and flexible lease terms.
