Federal Realty Investment Trust (NYSE: FRT) today announced that the public offering price for the 1,000,000 common shares previously sold to Citigroup Global Markets Inc. as sole bookrunner of the offering is $150.00 per share. Federal Realty has also granted the sole bookrunner an option to purchase up to 150,000 additional shares
