More senior housing proposed in Grove City
bizjournals | February 14, 2018
Grove City looks poised to land another senior housing development. A 130-unit development has been proposed on 4.7 acres east of the intersection of Hoover and Orders roads, near Interstate 71, on land owned by Grove City Church of the Nazarene. The preliminary site plan identifies it as "Homestead Senior Living." The applicant appears to be connected to Homestead America, a multifamily-development property-management company based in Columbus. A message seeking comment was left with the company.
