Oak Coast, BMC Investments Expand Denver Portfolio

Oak Coast Properties and BMC Investments, already active in the Denver area multifamily market, have acquired their first Lakewood, Colo., apartment community the 360-unit St. Moritz Apartments for $78 million. We’ve looked at several in the submarket but unfortunately have been beat out several times. This was the first one we were able to close on, Roy Kim, a principal at Oak Coast Properties, said of the Lakewood submarket.
