Pathway to Living Acquires MI Senior Housing

Pathway to Living, a Chicago-based specialist in senior housing communities formerly known as Pathway Senior Living, acquired Elmcroft of Kentwood in Kentwood, Mich. Located at 4352 Breton Road SE, about 10 miles from Grand Rapids, the assisted living and memory care community has been rebranded Azpira Place of Breton. In the coming months, Pathway to Living will undertake a capital improvement program at the property that will include upgrading interiors and adding additional spaces to support a wellness-focused lifestyle for residents. Some unit layouts will also be reconfigured.
