Cian PLC, a leading online real estate classifieds platform in Russia, announced that Ms. Cloe Harford has tendered her resignation as a member of the board of directors of the Company, effective as of 4:02 p.m. Eastern time on March 8, 2022. Ms. Harford informed the Company that she has resigned as a result of recent geopolitical developments. Ms. Harford served as a member of each of the Audit Committee of the Board, the Compensation, Governance and Nominating Committee of the Board and the Strategy Committee of the Board.
On March 10, 2022, upon recommendation of the Compensation, Governance and Nominating Committee, the Board appointed Gilles Blanchard to the Audit Committee, with effect immediately following the Effective Time. The Board has determined that, after due consideration of all relevant factors, Mr. Blanchard qualifies as independent under the rules of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). The Board has also determined that, based on his education and experience, Mr. Blanchard is financially literate in accordance with the requirements of the NYSE. Following Mr. Blanchard’s appointment, the Audit Committee consists of Douglas Gardner, Simon Baker and Gilles Blanchard, with Mr. Gardner serving as Chairperson.
On March 10, 2022, upon recommendation of the Compensation, Governance and Nominating Committee, the Board appointed Maksim Melnikov to the Compensation, Governance and Nominating Committee, with effect immediately following the Effective Time. Following Mr. Melnikov’s appointment, the Compensation, Governance and Nominating consists of Gilles Blanchard, Dmitry Antipov and Maksim Melnikov, with Mr. Blanchard serving as Chairperson.
Further, following the resignation of Ms. Harford, the Strategy Committee consists solely of Simon Baker, who serves as Chairperson.
The Company has previously disclosed in its registration statement on Form F-1, declared effective by the SEC on November 4, 2021, that it follows the corporate governance practices of its home country, Cyprus, in lieu of certain of the corporate governance requirements of the NYSE. In addition to the previously disclosed practices, the Company intends to rely on this "foreign private issuer exemption" with respect to:
NYSE Rule 303A.01, which requires an issuer to have, among other things, a majority of its board members be independent;
NYSE Rule 303A.4, which requires an issuer to have a nominating/corporate governance committee composed entirely of independent directors; (iii) NYSE Rule 303A.05, which requires an issuer to have a compensation committee comprised entirely of independent directors.

JLL Income Property Trust, an institutionally managed daily NAV REIT with more than $5.9 billion in portfolio assets announced the acquisition of Kansas City Medical Office Portfolio, a more-than 50,000-square-foot, three-property medical office building portfolio with properties in and around Kansas City, Missouri. The purchase price was approximately $22.2 million.

In aggregate, the three properties are 100 percent leased to a diverse tenant roster of leading health systems and physicians groups. The portfolio has a weighted average lease term of just under 15 years, providing long-term cashflow. All of the properties are strategically located throughout Kansas City, drawing patients from throughout the metro area.
The portfolio includes three properties:
Roeland Park: a nearly 30,000-square-foot medical office building constructed in 2021. The property's largest tenant is AdventHealth Shawnee Mission, a subsidiary of AdventHealth, an investment-grade rated not-for-profit health system.
Northland Women's Healthcare: a 10,000-square-foot medical office building constructed in 2021 and fully leased to one of Kansas City's most established women's healthcare providers.
Blue Springs Pediatrics: a 10,500-square-foot medical office building fully redeveloped in 2021 as a best-in-class single-tenant property leased to a leading physician group that is subsidiary of Children's Mercy, an investment-grade rated, not-for-profit health system.
This acquisition increases JLL Income Property Trust's healthcare allocation to 12 properties totaling more than 1.1 million square feet, valued in excess of $450 million and representing approximately 8 percent of its overall portfolio.

ScanlanKemperBard (SKB) has announced the acquisition of 600 NW 40th Street, an industrial property situated on 0.83 acres just off Leary Way NW between the Ballard and Fremont neighborhoods. The property consists of two warehouses, with one having been recently completed in 2020.
The property is currently 100% leased by a single tenant, Glass Eye Studios, who have been operating out of the property since its construction in 1978. Glass Eye Studios is one of the oldest and largest privately-owned glass blowing operations in the country and has served as the training ground for some of the most famed glass artists of the Pacific Northwest.

4135 Park Blvd. is expected to break ground later this month and open its doors 24 months after construction begins. The 205,000 square foot, $74.4 million project includes a 7-story midrise building that will offer a wide range of amenities, including a café, fitness center, spacious lounge, game room, and exterior deck with a pool, hot tub, cabanas, and communal kitchen.
4135 Park Blvd. is in a Qualified Opportunity Zone and is one of several CEDARst properties under contract in the San Diego region.

Bridge Investment Group is an equity partner in the 190-unit project and BMO Harris Bank is the project lender. Construction will be managed by general contractor Suffolk Construction, and the project's architect is Studio E.
