Phil Tily Joins Altus Group’s Altus Analytics Business Unit

Altus Group, a leading provider of independent advisory services, software and data solutions to the global commercial real estate industry, names Phil Tily as Senior Vice President, Altus Analytics Advisory. Phil will be based out of London, United Kingdom and serve as Head of Performance Analytics.Phil is a leading expert in real estate investment, highly experienced in areas of performance and risk analysis, and product and information service development. Prior to joining Altus Group, Phil was an Executive Director at MSCI Inc having spent over 20 years helping develop the IPD business, where he was managing director of the UK division of the organisation.  More recently he established his own advisory business, Real Estate Information Analysis Ltd.
