Forty-year veteran Knoxville Realtor Judi Starliper of Realty Executives, who found homes for thousands of East Tennesseans and mentored many of her colleagues in the industry, died Wednesday of cancer, according to friends and associates. When Teri Sisson, now an account executive with Home Warranties, first moved to Knoxville more than 20 years ago, she called on Starliper early in her mortgage-finance career.
