Real estate in brief: Memorial Herman add-on planned at Humble campus

Memorial Hermann Northeast Hospital broke ground on a five-story, 123,000-square-foot building that will add 90 patient rooms to its 255-bed campus at 18951 N. Memorial Drive in Humble. The $70 million project is scheduled to open in December 2018.
