Rents for newly let homes grew by 3.1% in 2015

Rents for newly let homes continued to grow in 2015 albeit at a slower pace than in 2014. Average rents grew by 3.1% over the year, taking the average monthly rent to £919pcm, according to analysis from Countrywide plc, the UK’s largest property services group.
