Swire Properties Unveils Vision and New Designs for Taikoo Place Redevelopment Project
Swire Properties today unveiled exciting plans for its Taikoo Place redevelopment project, a HK$15 billion investment which will see the developer further transform its Quarry Bay home into a major business and commercial hub in the city. The developer has announced its collaboration with international architects and design firms including Hugh Dutton Associés, Gustafson Porter and Wong & Ouyang (HK) Ltd. As part of the redevelopment, the two new leading-edge triple Grade-A office towers, along with the existing eight office towers in Taikoo Place, will be linked by elevated air-conditioned walkways and surrounded by landscaped gardens with cascading water features and additional alfresco dining areas.
