THE ANNEX ANNOUNCES FIRST TENANTS

Shea Properties and CenterCal Properties recently announced the first eight tenants coming to The Annex, a 16,000-square-foot public market-style space located within The Collection at RiverPark. “Our goal with The Annex is to create a community-oriented marketplace by bringing together a unique mix of local retailers and craft food and beverage purveyors,” said Michael Pynn, general manager of The Collection at RiverPark.
