AvalonBay Communities, Inc. (NYSE:AVB) – Jefferies Group dropped their FY2016 earnings per share estimates for AvalonBay Communities in a note issued to investors on Monday. Jefferies Group analyst O. Okusanya now anticipates that the firm will post earnings per share of $8.20 for the year, down from their prior estimate of $8.23. Jefferies Group also issued estimates for AvalonBay.
