Tim Duncan suing after real estate company uses altered image of Spurs legend

The recently retired Spurs star is suing Robert Elder, an agent at Keller Williams Realty in San Antonio, along with Keller Williams itself and others after Elder posted a photo on his Facebook page showing Duncan.
