Nakheel comes out with anumber of new projects

Developer Nakheel used the opening day of Cityscape 2015 to launch two projects in Dubai. The first will transform the entire trunk of Palm Jumeirah into a walkable beach, park, retail and cafe complex. The Palm Promenade will stretch 1.5km along the island’s trunk, with new walkways and road crossings connecting the area’s 30 apartment buildings. The second project is a garden community in Jebel Ali that will comprise nearly 10,000 apartments in 42 buildings, and will accommodate 40,000 people.
