The impact of IFRS 16 on corporate real estate

Businesses affected by IFRS16 need to act now to ensure they can minimise the impact of the new rules on the balance sheet and have the necessary specialist technology and processes in place to be fully compliant by the January 2019 deadline. They will also have to decide which of IASB’s two transitional accounting options they will choose to adopt.
