his document is a synthesis of the contributions of the participants of the CRE&FM Futures Forum. It should not be considered to necessarily reflect Zurich Insurance Group Ltd’s opinions or views. The Forum provided a neutral and open venue for industry representatives from around the world to debate and share ideas on sixteen key topics that we hoped would benefit everyone involved. The purpose of this was to try to rapidly advance every participant’s understanding around some of the industry’s key challenges – issues that had for the most part long been recognised and discussed and/or complained about, but from our perspective had seen very little or no significant advance in practice.
