They o¬er the possibility to invest in a fractional way, to get dividends on the rents and capital gains on the properties. But we consider these platforms as "hybrid" solutions giving access to a right of "co-ownership" and therefore according to us, they do not in any way provide the possibility to invest in a fractional way. In the last few years, these platforms have opened up the crowdfunding market and made people aware of the potential of fractional investment and the strength of a liquid real estate market.
